Christina Louise
Children’s Book Author | Life Skills Stories for Kids
Christina Louise is a children’s book author who creates heartfelt stories designed to help young readers develop essential life skills, emotional awareness, and confidence. Her writing blends gentle storytelling with meaningful lessons, offering children, and the adults who read with them, stories that open the door to important conversations about feelings, relationships, and growing up.
Christina discovered her love for writing as a teenager, where words became both a creative outlet and a way to make sense of the world around her. Although her professional path initially led her into the corporate world, her passion for storytelling never faded. For many years, her writing skills were confined to reports, presentations, and emails—useful, but far from the stories she longed to tell. Eventually, she made the decision to return to what had always felt true to her: writing stories with heart and purpose.
That dream became a reality with the publication of Sam the Bear, a children’s picture book series centered on social-emotional learning and everyday life challenges. Through Sam’s experiences, Christina explores themes such as shyness, independence, asking for help, and self-confidence—topics that many children quietly struggle with, and many parents hope to support with care and understanding.
Now based in the Netherlands, Christina was born in Denmark and has lived in eight different countries, traveling to many more along the way. These international experiences have deeply shaped her perspective, giving her a strong appreciation for languages, cultural differences, and the universal emotions that connect children everywhere. This global outlook naturally finds its way into her storytelling, making her books relatable across cultures and family backgrounds.
Christina Louise is committed to creating stories that are not only engaging and beautifully illustrated, but also meaningful. Her goal is simple: to support children as they navigate emotions, build resilience, and discover their own inner strengths—one story at a time.
